Overview of Experience
Martha Perine Beard became a Professional Registered Parliamentarian in 2016. She has served as a parliamentarian for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and various other civic organizations in Memphis, Tennessee. Mrs. Beard retired in 2015 as Vice President and Regional Executive for the Memphis Region of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. She received her bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Clark Atlanta University in Atlanta, Georgia and her master's degree in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. She is available to provide parliamentary services in the metropolitan Memphis area.
