The NTC is an essential opportunity for members to enhance their understanding of aspects of parliamentary procedure. Workshops will be led by parliamentarians who have demonstrated a mastery of their chosen topics. It will all take place in Birmingham, AL, August 27-30.

Cancellation Policy
Requests for refund of conference fees must be received in writing by NAP Headquarters no later than August 13, 2026.
A $75 cancellation fee will apply. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or cancellations received after August 13, 2026.
A $30 handling fee will be assessed for all returned checks.
NOTE: If you are unable to attend the conference, you will still have access to all recorded workshop sessions for up to 90 days after the recordings are posted.
