This presentation is aimed at increasing our knowledge of the intricacies of the nomination process, as shared in RONR (12th ed.). by explaining the proper procedure for making nominations from the floor and for closing them; by differentiating between the process of nominating a candidate and the process of filling a blank; by describing the specific and often counter-intuitive procedure for handling multiple proposals to fill a blank; and by identifying common procedural errors related to nominations and filling a blank.
