National Association of Parliamentarians Educational Foundation presents “Mutiny on the High Seas: When Captain Bligh is in the Chair–or the Assembly”

Earn CEU credits while enjoying the wonders of an exotic Costa Rican and Panama Canal cruise on Wind Star Cruise Line, full of bucket list places and activities. This Professional Development opportunity is approved for seven CEU hours.

A series of educational content will address what may happen when the Chair or members of the assembly attempt to operate in a non-democratic manner. Our faculty consists of well-known presenters, all Professional Registered Parliamentarians, who will tackle the following topics:
