This intensive masterclass is designed to strengthen the skills of presiding officers through practical application, observation, and expert feedback. Participants will work through complex presiding scenarios designed to improve command of the chair, procedural precision, and judgment under pressure.

• Strengthen command in the chair by ruling quickly and accurately, managing tempo, and maintaining authority while safeguarding member rights.
• Refine phrasing, rulings, and procedural responses to ensure clarity, neutrality, and technical correctness under pressure.
• Develop stronger presiding judgment through practice, complex scenarios, and analysis of live performance with expert feedback.
