WORKSHOP EVALUATION

Playing the Motions

Presenter: Carol Prahinski

In this workshop, we will practice the roles of motion maker and presider. In small groups, participants will receive a motion and determine what motions can be made based on the characteristics of the original motion. Each group will share their scenario with the larger group.

Learning Objectives:

• Focus on precedence and ranking.
• Review and apply the characteristics of the 13 ranking motions.
• Improve skills in processing motions.
