Great meetings do not happen by chance, they are thoughtfully prepared like a well-planned meal. This workshop focuses on using the RONR standard order of business to create clear and effective meeting agendas, understanding the purpose of each item, and preparing scripts based on the needs of different types of meetings.

Learning Objectives:

• Use the RONR standard order of business to design a clear and effective meeting agenda.
• Identify the purpose of each item in the order of business and determine when it should or should not be included for a particular meeting.
• Create a script based on the selected agenda items for different types of meetings.
