A Quantum of Quorum

Why is there a Quorum and what constitutes a Quorum? This workshop will review the requirements for a valid meeting, why a quorum is necessary, how a quorum is determined when an organization’s bylaws do not define one, and what actions can be taken when a quorum is not present.
