ParliPartners: A unique approach to group mentoring.

ParliPartners has been developed to respond to the growing demand for credentialing preparation by providing a structured group mentoring approach. The initiative connects workshop topics to the Body of Knowledge and Criteria for Credentialing while providing participants with specialized training, curated materials, practical application, peer engagement, and opportunities for leadership development.

Learning Objectives:

• Examine the key components of the ParliPartners initiative, including development of a mentoring syllabus tied to the Body of Knowledge and Criteria for Credentialing, completion of a CEU credit application, and preparation of targeted presentations.
• Identify the benefits of the ParliPartners group-mentoring approach, including specialized training, curated credentialing-preparation materials, and leadership-development opportunities.
• Evaluate whether the ParliPartners initiative aligns with the needs and structure of an organizational unit.
