Calendar Submission Form

Use this form to submit a district, association, or unit event to be displayed on the NAP Calendar of Events.
- If this is a recurring meeting, such as a monthly unit meeting, you only need to submit it once, and note which day/month your organization regularly meets.
- If you need to update a monthly meeting or other previous submission, simply email with the new information.
- If your event will require a virtual meeting (Zoom) room, you will need to submit a Virtual Meeting Request Form before submitting your event.
