Delegate Designation Form

Use this form to list delegates and alternates for your association or unit. Delegate names must be submitted via this form by July 15, 2025. Delegates must be NAP members and present at the Business Meeting at the Biennial Convention in Phoenix, AZ, to be eligible to represent their association or unit. If you need to add or remove a delegate, please use the Delegate Update form.
