Tiana Beard, RP, is a Registered Parliamentarian and experienced educator with 18+ years in Early Childhood and Special Education. A member of the National Association of Parliamentarians, she served as 1st Vice President of the Marian J. Martin Blue & Gold Gavel Unit (2022–2024) and was a leading member of education. She applies her parliamentary expertise through leadership roles in Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc.
