To apply for a charter from NAP, please submit the following form and supporting documents. All applications must include the following:

  • List of founding members and their status (min. 5; must be current NAP members)
  • List of unit officers and their term start and end dates
  • Resolution of Intent to Form*
  • Bylaws as Approved by the NAP Bylaws Committee
  • Application signature page*

*These documents can be found through the NAP Portal in your Digital Library in the District, Association & Unit Resources folder in the New Unit Kit.
