Clarification Regarding CEU Transcript Records

Question:

Why are some of my CEUs not in my NAPU transcript?

Answer:

As NAP continues improving our educational systems and member experience, we would like to remind members that NAP University (NAPU) should not be relied upon as a complete or official source for CEU records.

NAPU reflects only activity completed directly within that learning platform. It does not include CEUs earned through district, association, unit, or outside educational events that have been approved for NAP CEUs and later submitted for credentialing review.  If you don’t see CEUs reflected for an event that was approved for CEUs, please contact the event organizer.

For the most accurate reflection of official CEU credits, members should refer to the NAP Member Portal transcript located under:

Certifications > View My Credit History

Please remember that CEU submissions require verification and processing before appearing in the NAP Portal. Depending on submission timing, reporting completeness, and credentialing review schedules, updates may take up to 60 days to appear in your official record.

You may still use NAPU to review courses you have personally taken within the platform; however, the Portal remains the official source for verified CEU credit records.
