Jessica Herzog Named NAP Executive Director

NAP President Mona Calhoun, PRP, and the NAP Board of Directors announce that Jessica Herzog, an NAP member from Hawaii, has been chosen as the association’s new executive director. Herzog has been a member since 2024.

Herzog brings more than two decades of organizational leadership experience across nonprofit governance, administrative operations, and project management.

“My goal is to nurture a culture of connection, support our volunteers, and ensure that NAP continues to thrive as a responsive, member-centered organization,” Herzog said. “I am excited for all that we will accomplish together and deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve alongside you.”

An NAP town hall meeting will be held December 22, 2025, at 7 p.m. CT. The meeting will formally introduce Herzog and include a discussion on how the transition will move the organization forward in enhancing member services and modernizing the association. Members will receive a separate email with details on how to access the meeting.
