Delegate Update Form

Use this form to update delegates and alternates that have already been submitted. Delegates must be NAP members and present at the Business Meeting at the Biennial Convention in Phoenix, AZ, to be eligible to represent their association or unit. If you need to submit a list of delegates and alternates, please use the Delegate Designation form.
