How to Reinstate Your NAP Membership

Life can get in the way. You didn’t mean to let your current NAP membership lapse, but things happen, and the deadline came and went. The good news is that you may reinstate your membership today and continue to take advantage of the educational resources NAP provides. A $15 reinstatement fee has been added to your invoice, but once paid, you will again have access to:

  • Free and discounted access to expert-led educational programs, reference books, and more
  • Discounted registration for NAP national events such as the 2025 Virtual Spring Conference on May 31, 2025, and the 45th NAP Biennial Convention in Phoenix, AZ August 20-24, 2025
  • Networking opportunities with your association and/or unit

If you would like to renew your membership by phone, please call NAP Headquarters at 816-833-3892. To pay by check, print your invoice and mail the invoice and check payable to NAP to 213 S. Main St., Independence, MO 64050. We look forward to continuing to give you access to the resources you need for effective meeting management.
