Redraft of 2023 Biennial Convention Minutes

At the 2025 NAP Biennial Convention, the following motion was adopted:

Resolved, That the minutes of the 2023 Convention, as approved by the minutes approval committee, be re-drafted, in accordance with RONR, by a committee, appointed by the chair during this biennial convention, and that the minutes, after redrafting, be approved by the Board of Directors within the next quarter.
