Redesigned Professional Registered Parliamentarian Credentialing Exam Moves Forward

A recent trial run of the new Professional Registered Parliamentarian Credentialing Exam (PRPCE) was well-received and moves the exam one step closer to implementation. Prior to the District 6 meeting June 21-22, six people were part of the beta testing of the new exam.

I believe it was the best assessment of parliamentary competency that we’ve ever done,” said C.J. Cavin, PRP, Chair of NAP’s Commission on Credentialing.

The Commission’s subcommittee working on the new PRPCE will evaluate and incorporate what was learned in the beta as they prepare the final version of the exam, which should be launched later this year.
